Funeral services for Warren Fred Fisher, 100 years old, of Greenville, SC will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, May 18, 2024, at Boone Funeral Home, Greenville, MS. Visitation will be from 9:00-10:00am before the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow the service at Greenville Cemetery under the direction of Boone Funeral Home.
Warren passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 12, at his home in Greer, SC, surrounded by family.
Warren was born on April 6, 1924, in Racine WI, to Caleb and Marion Fisher. He was married to the love of his life for 67 years and will forever be remembered as a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He leaves behind a legacy of love and family.
Warren was preceded in death by his wife, Doris Reinders Fisher; parents, Caleb and Marion Fisher; brothers, Bill Fisher, and Jerry Fisher; two children; son, Robert Fisher, and daughter; Susie Fisher Archer; and grandson; Brian Fisher.
Survivors include his two sons Tommy (Lynn) Fisher, of Tampa FL, and Larry (Jane) Fisher of Greer, SC; son-in-law, George Archer (Pat) of Greer, SC; nine grandchildren, Jennifer Fisher Harbour (Jim), Susan Archer Massingill (Brian), Robert Fisher, Katherine Archer Tucker (Jeremy), Courtney Fisher Cook (Jake), Elizabeth Fisher Nguyen (Bien), Chris Fisher, Emily Fisher Day (Jeff); and his 12 special great-grandchildren, James and Lauren Harbour, George and Eleanor Massingill, Katie and Charlotte Cook, Reynolds, Collins, Hunter and Baskin Nguyen, Archer, and Luke Tucker.
