Funeral services for William Coles Cohea, Jr., 79, of Greenville will be at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 27 at Boone-Smith Funeral Home, 1580 S. Colorado St. He died Saturday, September 23 at Mississippi Care Center. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens under the direction of Boone Funeral Home, Greenville.
Mr. Cohea was born on March 13, 1938 in Derma, MS to William Cole Cohea and Alma Loree Fuggett Cohea. He was a lifelong resident of Greenville and was retired from maintenance at Stoneville USDA.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, John Walter Cohea. He is survived by his wife, Yuvonne B. Cohea; daughter, Mechell Cohea Boykin (Bill); brother, Billy Joe Cohea (Linda); sister, Alma Loretta Cohea Clark (Dennis); 3 grandsons, Tyler West (Ally), Josh Boykin and Jace Boykin; and granddaughter, Kaitlin Lawson Smith (Wesley).
Pallbearers will be Tyler West, Dennis Clark, Donnie Clark, Jason Oltremari, Kevin Wylie, and Cody Duvall.
There will be a visitation one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
