Funeral services for William Crosby (Uncle Bill) Jones, 87, of Conway, AR and formerly of Greenville, MS will be at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March 3, 2025, at the Greenville Bible Church. He died on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, in Conway, AR.
Mr. Jones was born on July 22, 1937, in Greenville, MS to William A. Jones and Lois Juanita Simmons Jones. He worked for the United States Postal Service for 18 years as a mail carrier, then at Magico Electronics in Greenville. Mr. Jones lived most of his life in Greenville where he married his wife Marjorie (Aunt Mae) before moving to Springdale, AR in 2017 to live with family. In 2019 his wife of 59 years passed away from cancer, after which he moved to Conway, AR where he lived until his death.
He is preceded in death by his parents and wife. He is survived by his brother, Duke W. Jones.
